I am excited to announce that this year I will be launching two brand new fragrances for pride month on June 1st. First, I have decided that each year I will be making an entirely new version of Love Is Love. This way, there's something new and different each year to raise funds for an important cause. In light of the hate directed toward my community this year, especially in Florida, I have also crafted a fragrance called Say Gay and I will be donating half of the proceeds to Equality Florida.
My Love Is Love 2023 edition is a unique unisex blend that opens with my salted honeydew set against a velvety wood backdrop that quickly gives way to dollops of coconut cream and top note ghostings of bergamot, sweet orange, and lime. It settles into a delectable mélange of salted honeydew and creamy coconut resting on soft cedars. This is a beautifully balanced fresh and fruity lactonic fragrance that maintains its elegance by never veering too far to the sweet side. Half of proceeds from the sale of Love Is Love will be going to New Alternatives, NYC.
Say Gay is a distinctive and perfectly unisex blend that opens with true pineapple set against the depths of a woody and resinous base composed of frankincense, oak moss, amber, vetiver, and hinoki wood. On the dry down, a faint hint of leather and lavender emerge alongside a delicate orchid. This uniquely morphing blend settles into a rich woody amber with overtones of soft pineapple.
Both fragrances will be available as either a 5ml perfume oil or a 15ml Eau de Parfum. They will go live on June 1st and I hope to be able to keep them available for the entire month of June. I’m so thrilled with these two new fragrances and they are like nothing I’ve ever created before. I just know you are going to love them.
